Description

Latin name: Ficus Elastica Tineke

Imbued with idealism and a strong moral compass, Le Diplomate knows how to rise above things and adapt to the world around him. Calm and grounded, he's above all in search of harmony.

Qualities: conciliatory, unflappable, soothing

Care tips

Frequent watering, always in small amounts:

Once every 10 days spring / summer
1 to 2 times a month autumn/winter

The ficus elastica needs a bright spot but will also tolerate shadier corners. In winter, keep it away from radiators. In spring and summer, it will appreciate a little natural fertiliser.

Avoid direct sunlight to prevent the leaves from scorching.
The latex in its leaves is toxic to humans and animals, so be sure to wash your hands thoroughly after touching this plant.

Dimensions

Height: approx. 50cm (pot included)
