How do I use it on the site?
Sign in, then place your order: at checkout, under “Payment”, tick the store credit option.
Why do I need to sign in?
So that your credit can only be used by you. No password: your email address, then a 6-digit code sent by email.
When does my credit arrive, and how long is it valid?
15 days after each order, to allow for any returns. It then stays valid for 12 months: the date is in the email announcing it.
Can I use just part of it?
No: on the site, all your credit applies at once, up to the order total. Anything left over stays in your credit.
Does it combine with codes and offers?
Yes, with everything, Black Friday included: it applies at payment, after codes and discounts. It can even pay for delivery.
And in the shop?
Yes, at 107 rue Legendre (Paris 17th): give your email address at the till. Your purchase adds to your credit, and the sales assistant applies it if you want to use it.

My friend did not get their €10.
