When should I order to receive it before Christmas?

Order by Wednesday 23 December at 12 noon and choose express delivery: your plant ships the same day and arrives before Christmas, anywhere in mainland France (except Corsica). For other countries, the delivery time is shown at checkout.

Can I see the label before ordering?

Yes. You type the name, date or message on the product page and the label preview updates as you write. We print it in our workshops in France.

Can I have it delivered directly to the person?

Yes, to any address in the 13 countries we deliver to, or to a pick-up point. In Paris, you can also collect it for free at our shop, 107 rue Legendre.

What if the plant does not do well?

If the plant dies within thirty days of delivery, write to help@bycharlot.com with a photo: we send you a replacement plant free of charge, as a refill to settle into your pot.

At Christmas, a plant with a name on its label stands out beneath the tree, and it lingers on well after the festivities. Choose the plant, then its ceramic pot handcrafted in Portugal, and write the name, date or word of your choice: the label is printed in our workshops in France.
