Dommage.

The plant and pot were excellently packed, not a tiny bit left to be damaged. The plan arrived in perfect condition, however, the image shown as an example did not match the plant I received, No branching, very simple in form, The ad poto is misleading being more complex and more interesting

Le cactus est un peu moins haut que ce que j'imaginais mais il est très garni et très beau, il a vite trouvé sa place à la maison !

The origin of our plants

By Charlot sources its plants from the finest French and European growers, chosen for their rigour and expertise.

Each variety is selected for its beauty, its resilience and its balance, ensuring it settles perfectly into indoor life.

By favouring environmentally mindful growers, the House supports more sustainable practices, limiting the use of chemical fertiliser and water consumption.

Traditional craftsmanship

By Charlot pots are handmade and hand-painted in Portugal, in workshops where a unique artisanal savoir-faire lives on.

Each piece is shaped with precision, revealing the singularity of hand-worked ceramics: variations, textures and nuances make it an object apart.

This attention to detail gives every By Charlot creation its character: a subtle balance of authenticity, design and timeless elegance.

Unique pieces, shaped to show off every plant at its best.

A thoughtfully prepared delivery

A large share of sales take place online, so By Charlot pays particular attention to its packaging.

The brand's packaging is 99% recyclable. Our cardboard is bio-sourced, and comes from sustainably managed forests.

80% of our packaging is thus FSC-labelled, guaranteeing that the wood used complies with sustainable forest management procedures. What's more, a significant proportion of the brand's suppliers are Ecovadis sustainability certified.
